By accessing or using AiFiler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

AiFiler is an AI-powered document management platform with FileMind, our built-in AI assistant, that helps users create, manage, and store professional documents. The Service includes:

• FileMind AI-powered document generation
• Knowledge Base storage and retrieval
• FileMind AI image generation
• Conversational FileMind AI workspace
• Optional third-party integrations, including Google Calendar synchronization

To use AiFiler, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Plans and Pricing

AiFiler offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion. To request a refund, please contact us at support@aifilerapp.com.

You agree not to use AiFiler to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in AiFiler. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content

Documents and content generated by FileMind AI within AiFiler are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. FileMind AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon without human review.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by AiFiler and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your use of AiFiler is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

AiFiler offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize AiFiler to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar

When you connect Google Calendar, AiFiler may read your calendar events and create or update events on your behalf. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings. AiFiler's use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-party integrations are provided "as is" and may be subject to the third party's own terms of service. AiFiler is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• FileMind AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

You acknowledge that FileMind AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFILER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiFiler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
